We offer shipping to most regions within the United States. Once you enter your shipping address, our system will calculate and display the corresponding shipping fee. Please note that shipping fees may vary based on location and delivery method.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason beyond our control, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that all items remain hygienic and brand new for every customer.

If an order is returned to us due to a customer-related issue—such as an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery—the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. In any case where a return is accepted (if applicable), the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
